Welcome to the first annual Christmas Event. Assaracos are looking for the best KKND2: Krossfire player in 2023. For this purpose, I created a Custom Mission in horde mode with 32767 waves. The waves increase until wave 14, after which the waves just repeat themselves.
Technically you can't win but that's not the point, the winner is the one who has defeated the most opponents and therefore survived the longest. All technologies are available to you [except lta].
Allow approx 1 - 2 hours for a run. The beginning is quite slow and you have enough time to prepare, After each wave there are stronger units and significantly more units than in the previous wave.
Now let's get to the rules. Simply download the mission at the end of the blog post and start it. Anyone who cheats or uses mods or other unit stats will be disqualified. It can only be played with Kavip mod at 30 fps because the breaks between waves double at 60 fps.
First go to the option menu and change the unit limit to 1000 units per team.
You play as Survivors and have to prove yourself in horde mode. At some point the inevitable will happen and your base will be completely overwhelmed by the enemy units.
Wait until all your units and buildings are destroyed. However, you will notice that the game does not end immediately.
On an island in the east of the map is a research center where one of your mechanics is located. You cannot use him and the opponent cannot attack him.
Now press esc to get to the menu and quit the mission. The statistics screen will now appear with your performance. Take a screenshot of it and send it with your nickname and nationality to
If someone has bugs or something similar, try renaming the file name first [ one syllable and without spaces ] if that doesn't help, try downloading the mission again because bug fixes are updated permanently. If nothing helps, contact me.
The deadline for entries is december 31, 2023 / 00:00 gmt+1. The complete evaluation will appear in a separate blog post around
